Taking pictures of client vehicles with the Digital Check-In form has been a life saver at times, as things will go unnoticed by the client when they drop their vehicle off. It allows us verify the condition with the client during the check in process. The SMS feature is a time saver for us & the client, as everyone is busy these days and to simply click a button and have the Toolbox app send out a SMS to the client.. it is absolutely fantastic!!
