Yes. The Toolbox is cloud-based and works anywhere you have an internet connection — on the road, at a dealership, your home office, or the beach. Your staff can book, update, and check in vehicles from anywhere, on any device.

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try the Toolbox in your own shop, with no credit card required. Need a little more time? Just ask.

Nothing automatic — we have no card on file. If you want to keep going, we’ll set up billing. If not, that’s it.

No — contracts are the worst. You can pay month to month, quarterly, or annually, and cancel any time. Just message us or email Tony and we’ll take care of it right away.

Anyone who works on vehicles and uses the Toolbox in the bay. Salespeople, managers who don’t wrench, and support staff are free — and part-time or dual-role staff (say, half sales / half installs) can be billed at half rate. Just ask.

You do — same day, no installer needed. Most shops add their staff and build their checklists in a couple of hours, with live chat if you get stuck.

It’s your data — ask and we’ll get it to you. There’s deliberately no self-serve export button, so a staff member can’t walk out with your customer list without you knowing.
