- What counts as a tech?
- Anyone who works on vehicles and uses the Toolbox in the bay. Salespeople, managers who don't wrench, and support staff are free — and part-time or dual-role techs (say, half sales / half installs) can be billed at half rate. Just ask.
- Can I change how many techs I pay for?
- Yes — just message us on chat or email and we'll adjust your seats and billing.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing automatic — we have no card on file. If you want to keep going, we'll set up billing. If not, that's it.
